We, as midwives, believe that a pregnancy course is a valuable addition to the check-ups and information we provide.

Pregnancy courses help you prepare for childbirth. They teach you to relax, to deal with pain and to prepare for what may happen. We advise everyone to follow a course. It gives you the opportunity to reflect on the pregnancy and relax for a while.

There are many different courses. Choose a course that suits you. Below you will find various courses from which we got some good reviews. Most of them will be in Dutch unfortunately, but at least they give you an impression of what is available.

During the covid-19 pandemic, these type of courses really grew, both in quality and number.

Amongst the great number of options out there, we have done some research ourselves and can recommend you the ones below.
